My Healthy Week

A little update between. Just want to tell I'll start tomorrow with my uber healthy week (or someting). The upcoming week only consists to oats, spelt bread, smoothies, vegetables and lots of fruit. I know it's not the right way to a super healthy lifestyle (one week very healthy and the rest enjoying everything), but for me this is more a test to see if I notice difference and if I'll feel better and healthier. My goal is not to lose weight, just to feel better and healthier. 

My specific goals:
- don't eat any meat
- no snacks (only fruits and vegetables)
- WATER (minimum 1 liter)
- no dairy 
- enjoy and eat good food ;)
